Be The Hero Of Your Own Movie

Be The Hero of Your Own Movie

This Joe Rogan video is one of my all time favorite motivational clips and one of the few I watch multiple times a week.

The basis of everything he says stands true in the lives of almost all of us. Imagine what the hero of your own movie would do. If your life was a movie what would you do to be the hero, or in other words your best self. Whatever the hero of your own movie would do, is what you should be doing. Once you’ve determined how to be your own hero, you can set goals to get there.

The first thing is to not worry about the past. Anybody who has never failed, has never truly learned. Failure teaches us valuable lessons in life, and each time something goes wrong we learn how to avoid that same instance next time. The key is to look at your failures whether in career, finance, or relationship as a learning experience and grow from it. You then move forward and use these lessons you’ve learned to be a better person in the future.

So do you want to be the hero of your own movie? Or would you rather play a supporting role in your own life?

Until Next Time,
